How To Register for eStatements on CINC WebAxis

The below instructions are for use within the CINC WebAxis payment portal.

1.       Log into CINC Webaxis: https://kith.cincwebaxis.com/, if you do not already have an account please follow instructions on the Payment Page to create your CINC Webaxis account. Once your account has been approved by our admin team, re-visit these instructions. 

2.       Once logged into your payment portal account, please click the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner, click on “My Profile” 

3.       On this page you will see three tabs, “Account Details” “Communication” and “Directory”. Please click on the middle tab, “Communication”

4.       On this page, you will see “Statement Type Preference” in the second block, on the “Receive eStatements” row, push the toggle button on.

Please keep in mind that turning this toggle button will reflect on the NEXT billing cycle and will not change the preference type for your CURRENT billing cycle.
