Creating an Account in CINC

You will need to click on the "REGISTER” tab on the upper right corner of the screen

Fill in the online form

**An account number IS NOT required to register for an account

Once the form has been completed click the blue “Register” button
Registration can take up to 72 hours as the system must review your form and ensure all information is correct. Access WILL NOT be granted if the registration name does not match the owner name we have on file.
** If you have closed within the past 35 days you may not be in our system just yet and access will be denied at this time.
Setting Up Automatic Payments in CINC
As a registered owner in the CINC Banking portal, you may enroll in automatic payments directly from your bank account. Automatic payments are set up and managed by you, and you choose the timing of each withdrawal. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are scheduled correctly and processed on time to satisfy the quarterly assessment charged to your property account.

You will need to click on the "SIGN IN" tab on the upper right corner of the screen

Once you are on the Sign In page, you will log in to your account.

Once logged in, you will see your current balance, click "Make a Payment"

You will be taken to a new screen, on the left side you will see “AutoPay Series” here you will see any automatic payments you have set up. If you do not have them set, this will be blank.

To set the Auto Payments, click “Add AutoPay”

Here you will fill out the pop-up form, as a reminder assessments are billed quarterly so this is the frequency that is recommended. **When setting the frequency please set the dates to occur between the 1st – 19th of the month on a quarterly basis to ensure your payment makes it to our office in time.**

Click Review Auto Pay setup once complete and submit.
Making a Quick Payment or One Time Payment in CINC
This does not require a log in.
Good for:
- Reservations
- RAD charges
- Arc Fees
Once on the CINC payment page, you will see a button on the top right of the screen that says "Make a Quick Payment", click that button. From there you will be prompted for your Home Owner Account Number (Property Account Number) and an Email Address. Please fill this out, and proceed with the prompts to submit your card information and pay your dues.
