PAY VIA THE ONLINE BANKING PORTAL:
INSTRUCTIONS

You will need to click on the "SIGN IN" tab on the upper right corner of the screen

Once you are on the Sign In page, you will log in to your account. IF you have not made an account, you will create one by scrolling down to the bottom of the log-in portion and clicking the BLUE "Create Account" button. Please note your account will need to be reviewed and approved by one of our team members, this can take up to 24 hours (weekends are not included in this time)

Once logged in, you can pay your assessments by clicking the "Pay Assessments" button on the top menu bar. This is where you will be able to arrange for automatic bill payments.

**HINT If you do not want to log in, but need to make a payment, you can utilize the "Quick Payment" button, which will allow you to make a payment by only entering your account number and email*

MAKE A QUICK PAYMENT
THIS OPTION DOES NOT REQUIRE A LOGIN
Once on the CINC payment page, you will see a button on the top right of the screen that says "Make a Quick Payment", click that button. From there you will be prompted for your Home Owner Account Number (Property Account Number) and an Email Address. Please fill this out, and proceed with the prompts to submit your card information and pay your dues.
