The form is a request and treated as one, someone from our team will reach out once this has been reviewed.

Clubs and Groups will not be charged a fee to utilize the room for their pre-approved recurring meetings.

Instructions on how amenity access will work for these events will be sent to the club and group leaders listed on the form. It is the leaders responsibility to ensure that these guidelines are followed by all participants.

It is the clubs and groups responsibility to manage the group communications, when submitting the form, please be prepared to provide us with how you plan to allow residents to join. This should include the link to your group page, your GroupMe or any other platform you choose to use as communication. If it is via text or email, please provide us with the correct POC as this information will be shared to the club and group recurring posts.

All groups will be asked to follow the policy in place and the facilities use agreement as well. Please review both.
